Scale and Vintage

George Jennings – "Scratch Built" The Endecker  – This is a nice vintage WWI plane powered with a BCMA-SPE26 engine.  This plane flys effortlessly with this engine.   George sent me a video on this plane and subsequently were I captured the photos.  It flys as good as it looks.  That is one great looking plane and beautiful job on that build.  Thank you George.

Tommy Stanley – Hanger-9 Taylor Craft  – I really like this plane, and its a shame its no longer available.  Tommy powered this beautiful Taylorcraft with a BCMA-SPE40 engine.  This plane was designed for a Zenoah G26 but Tommy easily fit the higher performing BCMA-SPE40 in the cowl with a rear dump pitts muffler.  I bet this plane can do some serious maneuvers it might even hang on the prop with all that power!  Looks like Tommy snuck it out on the golf course too.  Beautiful plane, thanks Tommy.

Steve Welton – Hanger-9 Cessna 182 – This plane is just stunning on the ground and in the air.  This plane was designed for a Zenoah G26 engine but Steve chose to install one of my custom built 38cc Homelite Chainsaw conversion engines.  The engine looks right at home and I can definitely tell you that power is no issue here!  Thanks Steve, Beautiful plane!

John Eskow - "Scratch built” Fairchild PT-19 – 26% (Wing Span: 114" Length: 85" Area: 1965 sq. in.  Weight: 24-26 lbs).  John powered this plane with a custom built BCMA-45 Homelite chainsaw conversion engine.  Here is some real craftsmanship here!  What a gorgeous plane!  Thanks John!

Aerobatic 3-D

Andy Koschmann – AKA Flyer Freq -  Chip Hyde Cap X 1.60  – The Cap X has a 74” wingspan and weighs between 10 to 12 pounds.  Andy’s cap is powered with a custom painted BCMA-SPORT40 engine and notice the polish job Andy did on the muffler?  Nice touch!  The BCMA-SPORT40 is so light that Andy had to add 9 ounces of lead in the nose to balance the plane and it’s designed for an O.S. 1.60 glow engine!  What a great looking plane and from what I hear it fly’s as good as it looks!  Nice Plane!  Thanks Andy.

John Kasprak – Seagull Models Laser 200 – This is a 1.20 sized ARF model that John decided to power with a BCMA-SPORT26 engine.  The engine fits very nicely within the roomy cowl of the Laser.  Weighing in less than 9 pounds will make this plane an aerobatic monster!  Thanks John

Robert Bobbit – AKA - Wildchild45177 - Sig Extra 300XS 1.2-1.5 - The Sig Extra 300XS has a 73” wingspan and weighs around 12 lbs-11 oz.  Bob’s Extra is powered with a BCMA-SPORT40 engine and this plane is his pride and joy!   The plane flies with unlimited vertical performance.  Being that the plane was designed for an 1.60 class glow engine, the BCMA-SPORT40 was a great choice for going the gas option without the weight!  This is a fantastic looking plane and it’s a performer!  Just ask Bob.

Al Lewis – Pitts S2B – This is the 1/4 scale 26cc Pitts S2B Biplane that we sell .  Al's Pitts is powered with a BCMA-SPE26 gasoline engine .  This engine is a perfect match for this aircraft giving it unlimited aerobatic capability while keeping overall weight down low.  Just like it says on the box " A Very Special Pitts!"  This is one of the nicest looking and best flying Pitts biplanes around.  Thanks Al.

Another beautiful plane from the Al Lewis RC hanger.  This awesome 3-D machine is the Wild Hare Edge 540 powered with a BCMA-3MM53TOC competition gas engine.  That big chrome stack sticking out the bottom of the cowl clues you in that this plane means business!  Al did some custom decal work that is pretty dang cool.  Al is a very happy and valued BCMAEngines customer,  Thank you Al for your help and contribution on RCU.

Here is one more beautiful plane from the Al Lewis RC hanger.  This is a Great Planes 27% CAP 232 powered with a BCMA-SPE40 engine.  Red White and Blue is always a nice touch for color scheme.  Thanks Al.

From the BCMAEngines Hanger is myself and my 28% Great Planes Extra 300 (Patty Wagstaff replica) with of course a BCMA-3MM53 TOC with a Bisson Pitts Muffler.

Here is my newest plane I recently built and is currently our new test plane.  This is the new Cermark 28% Edge 540 powered with BCMA-SPE40  with a Rear Dump Pitts  Muffler.  This plane remarkably weighs only 12 pounds and with its stunning graphics it really catches the eye.   This plane was designed and built around the BCMA-SPE40 for unlimited 3-D capability.

Sport and Fun Fly

Ray Lake – Sig 4-Star 1.20 – Now here is a classic!  There just isn’t a better flying low wing plane made than the Sig 4-star 1.20!   Ray expertly mounted a BCMA-SPORT26 on the nose of this gorgeous plane and what a match!  Super nice plane Ray!  Thanks

Shayne Leifert – AKA - SIREX– Great Planes Giant Big Stick – Now this plane is a blast to fly!  Designed for a big glow engine but so much better with a big gasser!  Shayne mounted a custom painted BCMA-SPORT40 engine equipped with C&H ignition.  Check out that sweet anodized aluminum spinner!  Nice touch!  This plane has unlimited vertical performance and Shayne couldn’t be happier.  Thanks Shayne, Nice plane!
